Anniek delivered a keynote titled "Renewal of Solidarity: Health Systems and the EU in a Changing World Order", addressing the strain under which Europe's health systems currently find themselves.

James presented "Opt-In or Opt-Out? Secondary Use of Genomic Data Under the European Health Data Space Regulation." The presentation examined how the EHDS’s general opt-out framework applies to genomic data and what flexibility Member States retain to introduce safeguards tailored to different types and uses of genomic data, using recent Dutch implementation discussions as a case study.

Mahsa chaired the session "Digital Health, Platforms and Online Environments", facilitating discussion on connected health technologies, online public health communication, telemedicine and consent in AI-driven healthcare.
